HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 54 Relating to urging the                           
exclusion of national forests in Alaska from President Clintons                
proposal for withdrawal of roadless areas in the national forest               
system, was read the second time.                                              
                                                                               
Senators Halford, Pearce, Taylor, Green, Miller, Mackie, Leman,                
Parnell, Pete Kelly, Ward  moved and asked unanimous consent that              
they be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without                     
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
resolution be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
